Cedarbrook’s Core Strength for Those Most in Need
Skilled nursing is the essential critical component to providing comprehensive quality health care to residents at a time when the need for this level of care is increasing. Skilled nursing care is a level of care that requires the 24 hour presence of licensed nurses, often RNs, and at Cedarbrook there are always RNs working on the shift. Skilled Nursing services include care such as IV therapy, wound care, injections, vital signs monitoring, dementia behavioral programming, and advanced therapies. Accompanying skilled nursing care from licensed nurses is assistance with activities of daily living facilitated by certified nursing assistants. Many of the residents at Cedarbrook require the assistance of at least one staff member and at times with mechanical lifts.
Cedarbrook has an excellent reputation and well-respected program of skilled nursing care. Cedarbrook is of a size that physicians and various visiting specialists are often on-site working with our skilled nursing services to deliver the right care. Cedarbrook uses an interdisciplinary approach to care in which a variety of disciplines in addition to skilled nursing collaborate on the plan of care to deliver quality care that facilitates quality of life.
Why choose Cedarbrook for Skilled Nursing?
